We are looking for you as a Marketing Manager (f/m/d)to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through our (marketing) agency and reseller partners.
The focus of this role is on:
- supporting the acquisition of top-tier partners for the EYE-Able partner program, and
- strengthening partner relationships, developing co-marketing programs, and equipping partners with the tools and content they need to successfully position and sell our solution to their customers.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders — including partners, revenue teams (especially the channel team), and marketing.

Your Responsibilities- You develop and execute scalable, measurable partner marketing strategies tailored to (marketing) agencies and resellers to attract new partners, onboard them, and activate them and their customers to drive recurring revenue.
- You create compelling co-branded campaigns and collaborate closely with marketing and go-to-market teams to execute them across channels and regions.
- You develop and provide enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and other assets, in close collaboration with content and business development teams.
- You plan and execute multi-channel partner campaigns across email, social media, paid media, events, webinars, and digital channels.
- You optimize partner onboarding and training programs to strengthen partner expertise and improve sales effectiveness.
- You work closely with revenue, product marketing, and field marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- You analyze campaign performance and partner engagement, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- You stay on top of industry trends and competitive developments to identify new partnership and marketing opportunities.
