As a Graphic Designer within our 11-member international Marketing team, you will own and evolve our visual identity across all brand and growth touchpoints.
In your new role, you will be the central in-house design owner responsible for scaling our CI, elevating our website UX, strengthening our paid performance creatives, and ensuring every visual asset reflects our mission of digital accessibility.

Your Responsibilities:
Brand & Design System Ownership- Own and evolve Eye-Able’s Corporate Identity and visual language
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system across all touchpoints
- Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards in everything we publish
- Lead website and landing page design with a strong UX, accessibility, and conversion focus
- Create high-performing paid ad creatives and campaign visuals
- Continuously improve creative performance in collaboration with Growth
- Design eBooks, case studies, one-pagers, and product marketing assets
- Create compelling pitch decks, brochures, and sales materials
- Support product launches with clear, strong visual storytelling
- Produce short-form social videos and lightweight motion assets
- Design print materials and event booth visuals
- Partner closely with Marketing Managers and country teams across Europe
- Adapt global brand assets for local markets while maintaining CI consistency
- Act as the central design contact within Marketing
