About the role

At Eye-Able, a leader in digital accessibility, we are looking for a Sales Manager Spain (m/f/d).
We have a clear and important mission: as one of the leading companies in the field of digital accessibility worldwide and the market leader in Europe, we enable people with disabilities to access websites and digital information. To fulfil this mission, we are looking for you to join our sales team in Barcelona.

To further expand our market presence, you will help us develop the market, attract potential customers to our products and close contracts with new customers.

Your responsibilities include:

Building and managing your own pipeline
Giving product demos and leading sales calls
Advising companies in Spain on accessibility strategy
Negotiating and closing deals
Contributing to our commercial growth strategy
Representing Eye-Able at events and webinars

Dein Profil/ Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Native level in Spanish and comfortable in English
A strong communicator and active listener
Commercial mindset, consultative approach
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone to schedule your own appointments, in addition to the warm leads provided by our SDR team
Interest in tech, digital solutions, or social impact
Structured, self-starting, and results-driven
