As an ambitious Head of People (m/f/d) you will be at the forefront of implementing our growth strategy and actively shaping the company. Directly reporting to C-Level and as part of the management team, you will be responsible for the overall people function and drive the HR and talent vision, strategy and implementation.
Our People team is located in our Leipzig office with the option to work partly remotely.

People Strategy & Team:
- Develop and deliver a compelling People strategy that evolves and grows with the company, grounded in our business strategy and goals.
- Hands-on implementation of the People strategy and adaptation to changing circumstances.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing People team and keep scaling your resources to sustain overall company growth
Trusted People Partner:
- Provide leadership and coaching to the managers, and the wider team on People-related topics, serving as a role model for management best practices.
- Drive organizational objectives from a people lens, providing leadership and advice across a full range of People-related topics.
- Act as a connection point between leadership and staff, maintaining a pulse on the organization's mood
Build a world-class People Function: Lead all People functions, either directly or through team management, including
- Hiring:
- Apply a data-driven approach to hire the best talent for Eye-Able, aiming at doubling our overall headcount within the next 12 months
- Strategically plan workforce requirements, evolve and maintain a stellar employer brand, and achieve ambitious hiring goals
- Performance & Development:
- Establish effective leadership and employee development programs
- Build a culture of performance and constant improvement
- Enhance existing feedback processes to foster high performance, innovation, and continuous development
- Culture & Engagement:
- Embed a unique culture and values across the organization, strengthening our team collaboration and performance
- Utilize data to understand employee needs, engagement drivers, and develop initiatives that positively impact employee experience
- Total Reward:
- Implement and optimize compensation and reward strategies incentivizing performance, collaboration and retention
- Organizational effectiveness:
- Enhance, implement, and administer pragmatic People policies and operations that develope further as the organization grows, improving overall organizational effectiveness
- Drive all People-related issues connected to our European expansion, e.g. establish the ideal organizational setup, hire the best talent, adjust processes and policies to local requirements, ensure cultural alignment and collaboration.
