As Eye-Able's first Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of implementing our growth strategy and play an active role in shaping our company.
Our People Team is located in our office in Leipzig with the option to work partially remotely.

As Eye-Able's first Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of implementing our growth strategy and play an active role in shaping our company.
Our People Team is located in our office in Leipzig with the option to work partially remotely.
Your focus:
- You will develop and implement national and international recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract first-class candidates
- You take complete ownership of all hiring activities at Eye-Able
- You are a strong TA partner for our management and hiring managers and support them in attracting the best talent for their teams
- You develop requirement profiles and hiring criteria for all vacant positions
- You develop employer branding initiatives to establish us as an employer of choice for the best talent (including high-quality social media content)
- You develop interview processes to help us identify the best talent
- You take over the pre-selection and initial interviews with our candidates
- You ensure a first-class candidate experience and build trusted relationships with our applicants to get them excited about Eye-Able
- You proactively drive the development and maintenance of a talent pool to facilitate future hiring
- You leverage data to manage our recruiting activities and measure success
- You will work closely with our internal People Managers to build a world-class People function (and help out when needed)
